All our products are digitally delivered through email or user account dashboard. We do not ship any physical goods.
2. Delivery Timeline
Once your payment is successfully processed, your product will be delivered within:
- Instant Access for most products.
- Within 1 to 12 hours in case of custom or manual delivery.
You will receive an email confirmation with the download link or access instructions.
3. Delivery Methods
- Email (registered email ID)
- Direct download via user account on our website
- Google Drive or Dropbox link (in some cases)
If you do not receive your product within 12 hours, please contact us at help@softwella.in.
4. Incorrect Email Address
Please ensure that the email ID provided during checkout is correct. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or invalid email addresses.
5. No Physical Shipping
As we only sell digital products, there is no shipping or courier involved.
